In this workshop, we will unleash the power of myth to help you find the god/dess in you. You will open your imagination to find your superpower through a series of fun exercises that move your mind, body, and spirit!

Initiation ceremony: ritual drama to enter the mythical realm (5-10')

Workshop includes:
* all materials including goddess/superhero costumes, props, photographic services, and art making media
*a multi-modal, trauma-informed approach grounded in the expressive arts and in alliance with the professional and ethical standards of IEATA (International Expressive Arts Therapy Association)
*facilitation by a licensed NY State teacher (7-12) with 23 years serving at-risk, special needs, multi-cultural, diverse students from elementary to university in the NYC public schools
*dedicated sanitized space (but adapted to Zoom and other remote learning platforms)
